I need to update my user information. How do I do this?

Log into your homepage at http://shoppers.jancyn.com. Once you're logged in, look at the gray box on the right side and click the link to "edit my profile/change my password". Make any changes you need, and click save.

If you are updating your email address, also remember to check the field for your payment address and whether you prefer to be paid via Paypal or Venmo.. It is your responsibility to keep your payment information current. Inaccurate or incomplete payment addresses will delay your payment.
